Introduction & Assessment Session
This is a brief overview of Physiology and personal assessment of the concept: body, mind, soul for you.
30 Minutes - Individual Session
This session begins to create a personal plan for wellness practices, designed for your needs.
1 Hour - Individual Session
Complete and thorough plan and initial implementation of the personal wellness plan.
(5) 1 Hour Individual Sessions
Continuing practice and review, sessions booked/used based on Assessment/implementation plan
(10) 1 Hour Individual Sessions
Continuing practice and review.. this package reflects the degree of personal commitment you choose for yourself.
Review of Completed Journal
This is an extensive, in-depth, review of the personal information you shared in the journal…This review provides a thorough understanding of Physicology as it relates to you and your life events, behaviors and perspectives. The review will also include recommendations that are behaviourally based, which include body, mind, soul practices. (You can download your free My Physicology Journal here).
